2. User Accounts

• use the platform lawfully.

Kwikchop may suspend accounts that violate policies.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for:

Vendors maintain ownership of their operations.

4. Delivery Partner Responsibilities

Delivery partners:

• operate independently,
• manage their own transport and safety practices,

Kwikchop does not employ riders.

5. Payments

Digital payments are processed through approved payment processors.

Kwikchop does not hold customer funds directly.

Settlement timelines depend on the payment processor.

6. Order Acceptance

Orders become binding only after vendor acceptance.

Vendors may reject orders if unavailable.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on:

• delivery progress.

Approved refunds are processed through payment processor systems.

8. Platform Fees
